Dough:
20g yeast
500g plain flour
80g butter
200-250ml milk
80g sugar
2-3 egg yolks
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon rum
lemon rind
butter and breadcrumbs
icing sugar
Filling:
150-200ml milk
400g ground walnuts
lemon rind
cinnamon
2 teaspoons rum
100g sugar
100g honey
2 egg whites
40g butter
