Perfumes

It's a nice shop where you can find out all about how perfumes are made, how to make a difference between male and female perfumes and choose your own perfume.

What to pay: The perfume is sold in special bottles. The price of the perfume depends on the size of the bottle. If you buy 4, you'll get 1 free together with a present of the owner's choice.

Harrods

The elegant shopping area of Knightsbridge is dominated by Harrods department store.

Founded in 1849 as a small grocery shop by Henry Harrod, the store has become synonymous with luxury and is famous for its range of goods and services, including a pet shop, restaurants and the famous Food Halls. The store runs a library, has a bank and a kennel for customers’ dogs, too.

There’s a big sale at Christmas time, and the 1st customer to buy something then gets a present.

3rd Best Market in the UK

St George's Market

This handsome market is housed in a 19th century building with wonderful wrought-iron gates, has over 230 stalls, ranging from zips to shark meat. It's actually the oldest covered market in Ireland.

A variety market on Friday (6am-1pm) is a mixture of secondhand and cheap clothes, books, antiques, fruit and vegetables and fish.
